HOW BILLINGS WORK

Your copay or coinsurance
Depending on your plan, you may owe a copay or coinsurance at the time of your visit. This amount is set by your insurance company, not by us.
When you'll be billed
Claims are submitted to your insurance after each appointment. Any remaining balance after insurance processing will be billed to you directly.
Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
After your insurance processes the claim, you'll receive an EOB from your insurer. This is not a bill — it's a summary of what was covered and what you may owe.
